- Note: If the product is connected but not working, the cause is most likely poor contact between the card connector and the water heater slot. To fix it, first clean the water heater slot with a brush to remove dust, then clean the card connector on the control board using a dry cloth, eraser, or a small amount of alcohol, as tin-plated contacts oxidize easily and cause poor connection; do not use a wet cloth or allow this area to get wet. After cleaning, make sure the card connector is perfectly aligned with the slot during reinstallation, as even a slight misalignment may lead to poor contact.
